After the demolition and removal of existing structures, and the levelling of site; BCG team concentrate on the subdivision of lots, undertaking all civil and earthworks, service connections, laying impermeable concrete footpath and driveway, permeable paving of pedestrian areas, foundations and framing. The emergence of structures took place as exterior construction materials and internal framework materials were applied to the site.

James Hardie Linea Oblique Horizontal Weatherboard, vertical cedar shiplap, brick veneer, Colorcote Magnaflow roofing, Colorcote cladding, aluminium joinery complementary in colour to roofing materials, GARADOR flat panel sectional garage door, vertical timber paling fence, tinted windows, doors, pine deck and balcony glass balustrade, Velux fixed skylight.

At the same time, plumbing and electrical installed, fitout of the interior is taking shape and form using a raft of preselected materials.
