Approached by a developer BCG CONSTRUCTION was tasked with building 2x duplex homes as an investment and sale property for this client.
We developed on their behalf and completed the build in a timely manner.
Each duplex home is finished with high end products and fittings, digital locking system, internal access garaging and living areas that flow out to a sun-drenched balcony.
As soon as the completed build was put on the market it was snapped up very quickly for its street appeal and quality workmanship. 3 storey, 200m2 section, 210m2 floor.
