Homely & comfortable yet classically simple with a modern upgrade

This project was all about taking the bones of what already existed and give it a complete refresh. Starting with the exterior of the home we fitted all new weatherboard cladding guaranteed to stand the test of time, installed new windows and doors, guttering and downpipes, new front door, security & outdoor lighting – the whole façade of the home was completely reshaped. We knew the homeowners were partial to having an easy to manage outdoor space, so we built them a new retaining wall, landscaped the garden area with rocks and succulents as desired, and replaced the deck.

The interior crafted with all consideration given to homeowners needs for a simple, modern upgrade that still feels like our home on the inside. That’s exactly what we did. We remodeled the entry hallway, kitchen, living, bedrooms, bathrooms, painted the home in its entirety, laid new tiles and flooring, rewired the home and installed new electrical fittings throughout.

All in all this refreshed home now boasts an open plan living area that is generous with a nice outlook to the harbour, features a superb kitchen that flows out to the deck which is an absolute entertainers’ delight. 2 bedrooms and bathroom downstairs, on the upper level is the master bedroom & ensuite, a second lounge and a second bedroom.
